If you are a borrower who has been contacted by Pantheon, it means we have been hired by your school to assist, at no charge to you, in managing your student loan repayment.

There are several steps you can take to manage your student loan repayment:

• We can provide information on your loan payments– your due date, your servicer, where to send payment, and more.
• We can inform you about alternate repayment options which may be available to you. An income-based repayment plan can lower your payments.
• We can share options available to you– deferment or forbearance– if you are unable to make payments at this time.
• We can directly connect you in with your loan servicer to ensure your delinquency is resolved. There is no payment required.
• We can share the consequences of defaulting on your student loans.
